The annual poll of Value Added Resellers (VARs) was conducted from September to mid-October of 2014, where 8,848 votes were cast in total from 2,921 qualified participants. Business Solutions again partnered with Penn State to conduct the survey and asked subscribers to rate their vendor partners in seven categories including: service/support, channel friendly, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and VAR Margins. The results were tightened from previous years and include the top 5 percent of channel vendors based on reader feedback.
