Thermal Solutions Manufacturing (TSM) is pleased to announce that it has named Richard T. Ruebusch to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ruebusch is a skilled and experienced business leader who is ideally suited to accelerate TSM’s growth initiatives and lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Mr. Ruebusch has deep experience in TSM’s markets and brings with him a wealth of knowledge with regard to sales, management, engineering, operations, and finance. Mr. Ruebusch replaces Joe Apuzzo as CEO. Mr. Apuzzo will remain with TSM as Executive Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Ruebusch’s prior experience includes serving as CEO of Flow Below, Allied Aerofoam, MSD Performance Group, Columbus Castings, and other companies in the transportation industry. He has also held roles at SPX Corporation, MTD Consumer Products, Tecumseh, and GE. Mr. Ruebusch received a BS in Engineering from The Ohio State University and received training at the GE Management Institute.
