May 1, 2020 – Thermal Solutions Manufacturing (TSM) named Joe Apuzzo to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Ken Robinson, who held the position for eight years.
Mr. Apuzzo has been involved with TSM for over two years, most recently as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Robinson will continue to advise TSM on strategic matters including acquisitions and other growth opportunities and remains a significant shareholder of TSM. Mr. Apuzzo said, “I want to thank Ken for his contributions and guidance during this transition period and look forward to his continued advice and counsel.”

Mr. Apuzzo further stated “TSM is not alone in facing daunting challenges brought about by COVID 19. The reaction and resolve of the TSM employees and management team in response to these challenges has been outstanding.
