Thomas R. Groh Joins Altus Capital Partners as Principal
Wilton, CT, November 11, 2014 – Altus Capital Partners, Inc., a leading private equity firm focused on investments in niche manufacturing companies, is pleased to announce thatThomas R. Groh has joined its investment team as a Principal. In that role, Mr. Groh will work with the Altus investment team on new business development and deal generation. He is based in the firm’s Lincolnshire, IL office.

Greenberg, Senior Partner of Altus, said, “Tom has significant experience working with companies in Altus’s target market, both as an M&A advisor on sell-side and buy-side transactions and as a corporate lending specialist. Prior to joining Altus, Mr. Groh was a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, the middle market investment banking subsidiary of KPMG LLP, where he focused on M&A advisory engagements for middle market industrial clients. Earlier, he was a Vice President at NatCity Investments, the middle market investment banking subsidiary of National City Corporation. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and Division Manager in the Corporate Banking Group at National City Bank.
Mr. Groh holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, an MPA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a BBA from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
